1. To change the agent's introduction: Open the Conversation Start topic -> Edit the Message node with your custom message.
2. For Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot, up to 10 suggested prompts can be configured for end users to choose from to start a conversation with the agent.

Tricks

Note

1. Suggested prompts are meant for Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot. It appears on agent's welcome page. You can't see or use them if you test the agent in Copilot Studio.
